For microneedling, Pro Power Peel and MelanoPro, yes. We send a consultation form beforehand so your beauty therapist knows your skin history, medications and what you're hoping to change.

For general skin health, every four to six weeks keeps things ticking along nicely. If you're working on pigmentation, acne or ageing, your therapist will map out a course and tell you honestly how many treatments you're likely to need.

It depends on the treatment. A Sweet Temptation or Lancôme Facial leaves you glowing and ready to go straight out. Peels, microneedling and retinol treatments come with some downtime, and we'll explain exactly what to expect before you book.
