For advanced skin treatments such as microneedling, peels, MelanoPro and IPL, yes. We send a consultation form before your appointment so we understand your skin history, medications and goals. It takes a few minutes and makes your treatment safer and more effective.

Start with a Dermalogica Pro Skin 60. It includes a full skin analysis and consultation, and your beauty therapist builds the treatment around what your skin needs on the day. There's no pressure to book anything further.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Online bookings require a 50% deposit, which isn't refunded for same day cancellations. If you've booked using a gift voucher, same day cancellations and no shows will have 50% of the voucher value deducted.
